Nadia grew up in Colorado and recently relocated to Redding, CT with her husband. They currently share their home with 2 cats and 4 dogs (2 Chow Chow, 1 Chow/Jindo mix, and 1 Shiba Inu). Nadia and her husband also open their home to fostering adoptable dogs, and have fostered/adopted out over 20 dogs in the last 2 years!
Back in Colorado, Nadia’s family did a lot of rescue work, and she trained many of the dogs. She is quite familiar with training and grooming several different breeds of dogs including: the Chow Chow, Border Collie, Shar Pei, Border Terrier, Labrador Retriever mix, Corgi, Siberian Husky, and the Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. The lab mix, Ginger won awards in agility and obedience. Nadia’s extensive experience with this wide range of personalities allows her to have an innate ability to keep a dog calm and relaxed.
