Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

*Check

*QuickPay with Zelle - transfer funds through your online banking - use 203-664-1128 as the payee (www.zellepay.com)

*Credit Card (there is a small convenience fee - see below)

Credit Card & PayPal

Because we are a small business, we will have to charge a small convenience fee for each transaction. Please click here for the chart.

To pay via PayPal, please either request that we send you an invoice, or send payment with the convenience fee to info@fairydogmothergrooming.com 

 
To pay via credit card, please either request that we send you an invoice, or  click here to download our credit card authorization form and have it ready at your next grooming appointment.  We also have forms on hand to fill out at the time of grooming. This form can also be used anytime you will not be home and would prefer we charge your card for the day's service.

The convience fee will be added to the total charge and is based on the total amount you want charged to your credit card, including the grooming charge and any food or treats you purchase. You may also add a tip to the total prior to the convenience fee.

For Example:

• Grooming $90.00
• Treats $13.00
• Tip $10.00
• Total $113.00 + $3.75 Convenience Fee

Amount Charged to Card: $116.75
